WE KNOW IT CAN BE HARD TO COPE WITH THE PHYSICAL, PRACTICAL AND EMOTIONAL EFFECTS OF CANCER. IT MAY BE ESPECIALLY DIFFICULT IF YOU DON’T HAVE FAMILY OR FRIENDS CLOSE BY, OR IF YOU WORRY THAT YOU’RE ASKING TOO MUCH SUPPORT FROM THE SAME PEOPLE.
IT CAN BE HARD IF YOU’RE LOOKING AFTER SOMEONE WITH CANCER AND YOU NEED TO TAKE A BREAK YOURSELF, OR YOU DON’T KNOW WHERE TO TURN TO ASK FOR A BIT OF EXTRA HELP.
